By accessing and using NovaBot Dev ("Service"), provided by AVEGANDO AI Labs LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

NovaBot Dev is an AI-powered development platform that provides code generation, chat assistance, and development tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date

4. Subscription Plans and Credits

Free Plan: 1,000 credits per month with limited features.
Premium Plan: $19/month - 10,000 credits with full model access.
Enterprise Plan: $99/month - 100,000 credits with premium features.

Credits are consumed based on AI model usage. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. Payment Terms

All fees are in USD and exclusive of applicable taxes. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate billing information
  • Pay all fees associated with your subscription
  • Pay applicable sales taxes, VAT, or other taxes
  • Accept that refunds are provided at our discretion

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service to create harmful, abusive, or offensive content
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AVEGANDO AI Labs LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of code you create using our Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AVEGANDO AI LABS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
